Personal Data We Process
Through the hiring-request form on allworker.ai we process:
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone (optional).
- Company information: company name, sector.
- Request content: the problem description and message you send.
- Technical data: the date and time the request was submitted.
Purposes
- To assess your request and contact you.
- To conduct pre-contract discussions and prepare a proposal.
- To maintain service quality and the integrity of records.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5/2 — where processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required, it is obtained separately.
Transfers
Your data may be transferred, with appropriate technical and administrative measures, to the hosting and infrastructure providers used to run the service (for example [HOSTING PROVIDER]) and to competent authorities where legally required. Cross-border transfers follow KVKK art. 9.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights
